Home Buying Guide
In a world full of builders, how do you choose the right one? At Southern Builders we make you feel right at home with honesty and transparency.
When you decide to build with us, from the get-go, our primary focus is to keep you in budget so you can afford your dream home! Our team specializes in making sure the building process is easy and stress free.
Path to Ownership
Searching, buying, or building a home can be
stressful. We understand how complicated it may look on the outside but at Southern BUilders it is our goal to ensure all clients receive the highest quality care and professionalism in the industry.
What we do at Southern Builders is different.
We have an easy to follow 12-step process with a Builders Representative guiding you through every step. Building and buying a new home has never been so easy!
Pick Your Lot
After you have chosen your lot, the next phase is to pick a floor plan that fits the lot you choose and your budget. Our Builders Rep can help guide you through this process.
Once this is done you can move onto choosing your homes selections - everything from interior and exterior colors, lighting, trim packages, countertops, cabinets, flooring and so much more!
With permits pulled and selections ordered, your home construction is now set with a schedule that moves at a fast pace. It will be finished before you know it! Won't be long before we hand you those golden keys.
Your new home is ready! Documents are signed and you're ready to go.
Our project manager will take you through one last home walkthrough with you and hand you your new keys.
Many individuals looking to buy a home often don't know that a new home comes with a 10 year warranty.
At Southern Builders, our goal is to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality service possible throughout the building process. We stand behind the products we use and will address any concerns clients may have through our warranty.
Expect to hear from one of our Builders Rep after you move in. Most new homeowners may notice subtle changes, which is normal for a new home, as it will take time to get acclimated to your preferred temperature inside.
